Graduated from Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in 1988.  
Hospital Based Anesthesia from 1988-2001, focus on trauma, open hearts, neurosurgery and  pediatrics. Surgery Center/ Office Based Anesthesia 1995 - present. Volunteer Anesthesia in Honduras since 1995 - 15 trips thus far. Email Marguerite: mo@overtonstiff.com

Charles C. Stiff, APRN, CRNA - Vice President & Owner

Graduated from Ravenswood School of Nurse Anesthesia in 1988.  
Hospital Based Anesthesia from 1988-2002, focus on trauma, open hearts, neurosurgery and pediatrics. Surgery Center/Office Based Anesthesia 1995 - present.  Volunteer Anesthesia in Honduras since 1995 - 5 trips thus far.

Clay Sanders, APRN, CRNA, MSA

Virginia Commonwealth University/ Medical College of Virginia School of Nurse & Anesthesia 1996. University of New Mexico Hospital 1997-2000. Anesthesia emphasis on trauma, obstetrics, adult and pediatric open heart, near, orthopedic, ENT, vascular and general surgery. Overton/Stiff Professional Anesthesia Service 2000-Present. Anesthesia emphasis on outpatient office and ACS based anesthesia.

Cassie Schneil, APRN, CRNA, MAE

Graduated from Gonzaga University with MAE in 2003. Hospital based anesthesia for 14 years at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. Treasure Valley Hospital for 4 years.

Allison Martinez, APRN, CRNA, MSN

Hospital based anesthesia 2019-present. Anesthesia emphasis on trauma, pediatrics, neuro, orthopedic, ENT, vascular, GI, plastics, and general surgeries. Volunteer Nurse Anesthetist in Honduras for 1 mission trip and continue to help fund the mission each year. Overton/Stiff Professional Anesthesia Service 2021-Present. Anesthesia emphasis on outpatient office and ASC based anesthesia. Newman University Class of 2019, MSNA.
